Feeling overwhelmed? Confused?
Stacie Edwards offers prenatal classes for our patients. Taking these classes is a great way to get information and educate yourself about what to expect regarding your pregnancy and delivery. It is also a wonderful opportunity to share experiences and learn from other expectant parents. Understanding and preparing for your baby's arrival will ease many of your fears and help you and your family feel much more comfortable as your big day approaches.
These classes typically take place in our office on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. Certified childbirth educators will cover topics such as relaxation and breathing techniques, pain relief options, and what you should know about vaginal and cesarean delivery. A tour of the St Francis is included.
