Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency or feel that you are in labor outside of regular office hours, we ask that you go to the hospital, If you have questions, contact our answering service at (918) 299-5151. The physician on call will contact you. If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Appointments or Questions
Please call (918) 299-5151 to schedule an appointment, or to speak with the nurse. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify the office at least 24 hours in advance. Please visit our New Patient Tab for New Patient Information and Medical Forms.

Prescription Refills
If you are an established patient and need a prescription refill, please have your pharmacy fax in a Prescription Refill Form to (918) 299-2619 during normal office hours. We are no longer able to accept phone-in requests. If you are in need of a new prescription, please contact our office at (918) 299-5151 and ask to speak to the nurse who will communicate your request to your doctor.
